Even if we usually do not see it when we are in a difficult situation, one should always be aware that this will also pass and we will laugh again and the things will see with different eyes.

Difficult moments knock on the door when you least expect it … no one is prepared to face them.

Setbacks and difficulties have many faces. So many that sometimes the best support or the best self-help books are of no use.

In particular, dark moments require inner preparation,  the implementation of one’s own mechanisms that can help, resilience and good emotional management. 

You have probably heard many times that ” Difficulties prepare ordinary people to find an extraordinary destiny”. But in reality you usually just want to “ feel good, feel a little better”. 

Life will put you in front of the extraordinary, but if you feel that everything becomes too much when difficult moments embrace you , then you should not doubt to say the following sentences.

1. I have a right to cry, but also to laugh again

Emotional relief is essential to overcoming grief, failure, failure, or other difficulties. You should neither be ashamed nor internalized about depression and lack of strength.

In troubled times, we feel that problems have crossed these walls of comfort, our soul suffers, and everything that was safe crumbles.

  • If you are scared to think what will become of you after a loss, then overcome this wall and first accept what happened. After that, don’t forget  that life goes on and so do you.  Go forward, you will make it.
  • You feel threatened and afraid of being alone. Think rationally about these fears and remember this sentence: You are the best at helping yourself. Draw strength from your heart.

You pay attention to a healthy diet, an adequate weight, go to the doctor for check-ups … You take care of the people you love every day and you may be tired and drained in the evening.

Ask yourself this question: When was the last time you listened to your feelings, your needs and your inner peace?

Do this exercise every day. If you always give priority to others, over time you will neglect yourself.

And if you concentrate on material things, you lose your sense of what is truthful: your happiness, your integrity.

  • You have to be prepared for difficult moments. Find inner peace every day, strengthen your self-confidence and your self-image.

You have to understand that life is a constant flow that changes every moment. Whether you like it or not, you are part of this vital movement.

Nobody can foresee what fate will bring or when complications will arise. It is therefore advisable to understand the mechanisms of resilience that you can use once you are put to the test.

If you want to see a rainbow, you also have to accept a thunderstorm.
