A simple way to relax your feet is to take a foot bath: This will give you immediate relief and  can also prevent hardening and calluses.

ingredients

  • 2 liters of water
  • 1/2 cup sea salt
  • 15 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)

application

  • Heat the water until the temperature is comfortable. Dissolve the salt and the essential oil in it.
  • Then bathe your feet in this saline solution for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • If you have hardened skin and an accumulation of dead skin cells, you can increase the effect by rubbing the skin with a pumice stone.

2. Peeling

Dead skin cells accumulate on the feet , making them appear dry and not necessarily healthy.

In order to eliminate these and at the same time remove possible stains, we recommend a peeling.

While the pumice stone is an excellent way to remove dead skin, a  variety of natural products can also be very helpful.

  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda (20 g)
  • 1/2 lemon

  • Prepare a viscous paste from the lemon juice and baking soda powder and then apply it to the feet with a gentle, circular massage.
  • This home remedy not only helps to get rid of dead skin cells on the feet. You can also use it to remove bacteria that create bad smells.

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (32 g)

application

  • Mix the juice of half an onion with the salt and olive oil.
  • Apply this mixture to your feet, especially your heels, with a gentle massage.
  • Then you protect your feet with a bandage and let the treatment work for at least 1 hour.

5. Treatment with ripe bananas

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (16 g)

application

  • Mash the bananas with a fork and then mix with the olive oil.
  • Massage your feet with this mixture and let the banana and olive oil regimen work for at least 15 minutes.
