  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (100 g)
  • 1 cup of skimmed cream cheese (200 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 low-fat milk (125 ml)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 spoons of honey (50 g)
  • 1 cup of oats (100 g)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 spoon of cinnamon (8 g)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (75 g)
  • 2 spoons of liquid stevia (30 ml)
  • 1/4 cup water (62 ml)

preparation

  1. First we make the bottom of the cheesecake. To do this, mix the oats, cinnamon and banana in a bowl.
  2. Then put this mixture in a floured form and bake it for about 10 minutes at 160 degrees. Then place them in the refrigerator.
  3. Then mix the cream cheese with the milk, yogurt and honey in a bowl. Then add the eggs and the egg white one at a time.
  4. After you have mixed these ingredients into a uniform mass, you put them in the form with the cake base.

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 spoons of vanilla (30 ml)
  • 2 1/4 glasses of low-fat milk (450 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia (5 ml)
  • 1/4 glass of water (50 ml)

  1. First, beat the eggs and egg whites in a bowl. Add the honey and vanilla when the eggs are frothy.
  2. Then pour in the milk and stir everything well. Take a mold and first dust it with a little wholemeal flour or rice flour so that your fitness dessert doesn’t stick. Then put the dough in the mold.

  • 2 eggs
  • two spoons of vanilla extract (30 ml)
  • 2 spoons of honey (50 gr)

  1. First, boil the sweet potatoes in a saucepan of water.
  2. When they’re soft, you can take them off the fire to drain and then shrink them in a bowl.
  3. Then add the eggs, baking powder, milk, and oats. Stir everything properly so that no lumps are left behind later.
  4. Then pour in the honey and vanilla extract. The resulting dough is then very thick.
  5. Then put it in muffin tins that you dusted with flour beforehand. Rub a little dark chocolate over them.
