I Am At An Age Where It Doesn’t Bother Me Anymore What Others Think Of Me

In order to be happy and to make others happy, it is important to achieve inner balance. A state in which it no longer bothered when others criticize, because you concentrate on personal development.

I'm at an age where it doesn't bother me anymore what others think of me

Sooner or later we should all reach an age where we are internally balanced and bad, unconstructive criticism or harmful comments no longer have any influence on us.

Inappropriate words or criticism are always relevant when they are uttered by people close to us, people who are important to us. That is why it is not always easy to say: “What other people say or think about me no longer bother me”.

The criticism will get as close to you as you allow yourself to be. It is therefore important to mature and find inner balance in order to move forward calmly and blamelessly.

We are not talking about the need to reach a certain physical  age at which other priorities will finally be set.

It is about the spiritual, not the physical age,  about the point in time at which, through the experiences we have gathered, we achieve the inner balance that helps us “switch off” everything that is not positive.

Today we invite you to think about it with us.

The golden age has nothing to do with the years, but with inner peace

Inner peace does not present itself at 30, 40 or 60. The golden age is the one in which we take a step inward to recognize what or who we are, to  take care of ourselves and to do good.

Because we have to know that if we are not happy we cannot make people happy.

  • Your best age is now, not a few years ago or a decade, but right now. Therefore, it is vital to bring your illusions, your self-esteem and your inner balance into harmony. No love can be more important than what you feel for yourself.
  • Only when we develop healthy self-esteem can we ignore toxic individuals, manipulators, and other negative people trying to blow us away with their personal storms.
  • Some achieve inner balance at 30, others sooner or later … the important thing is that at some point the time will come when we understand that we can make ourselves happy and consequently give happiness to others as well.
  • The golden age means peace and inner freedom. For this you have to cultivate the inner garden, where no one can destroy dreams or hopes because you cultivate it yourself with joy, optimism and great strength and protect your self-esteem.

Age depends on the feelings lived, not the years that pass.

That is why it is important to take precedence from physical beauty, because even if it is important to take care of your body, it is not the first to find happiness. Accepting yourself and the pace of time is even more important.

My real age can be recognized by my smile, the color of the illusion is reflected in my eyes

Your age is not determined by the years that go by, including the wrinkles around your eyes. Whether you stay young or not is determined by your heart and the joy that resides in it.

Therefore it is necessary to stimulate the heart with everything that makes us really happy, with changes and inner balance, with emotional maturity that helps us to become a little wiser every day.

Emotional freedom

There has to be a time in our lives when we are able to say no to despair,  no to surrender, no to manipulation by others. Then you have the courage to ignore the criticism that others have of your life or your attitudes.

  • We are all born free, unburdened, and that’s how we leave this world again. Therefore you should be clear:  Between birth and death lies the life that needs to be lived intensely.
  • Your lust for life and experiences draw the line of your smile, the shine in your eyes, where positive emotions are imprinted.
  • What others think of us is up to them. Their limited worldview and knowledge is not part of you and does not identify you. When this criticism comes from people you care about, it is time to react and set boundaries. Do not allow anyone to attack your values or yourself.
  • Who loves you will make you happy. You should never forget that. Because whoever attacks or criticizes you unjustifiably and in a negative way does not respect you.

So don’t forget that the best age is always right now. The best time to give way, to give the world the best of you.

Based on your own happiness, your balance and the illusions that are nourished anew every day.
