Natural Kidney Cleansing In One Week

Recommendations for a natural kidney cleanse

During the weeklong Kidney Cleanse, try to avoid the following foods :

  • milk and milkproducts
  • Meat, especially no red meat or sausage
  • seafood
  • White sugar
  • refined salt or table salt
  • alcoholic drinks
  • coffee
  • tobacco

If you are taking medication, you must consult a doctor beforehand,   otherwise contraindications may arise. Ideally, you should do the natural kidney cleanse when you are not on medication.

Tea made from horsetail and pineapple peel

Drink a liter of tea made from horsetail and pineapple pods a day, washed well and cut into pieces before cooking.

The horsetail is boiled for 10 minutes and then takes 5 minutes to draw, the pineapple peel, on the other hand, is boiled for 20 minutes and takes about 10 minutes to cool down. You can cook both separately or just add the horsetail after 10 minutes.

For breakfast you can treat yourself to a shake with fruit and oat or rice milk. A couple of whole grain toasts with sesame puree (tahini), avocado or garlic with oil are also recommended.

You should start your lunch daily with an onion broth first.

The broth is prepared as follows: first bring half a liter of water with an onion to a boil. Then season the broth with a little parsley, lemon and a pinch of sea salt and cayenne pepper.

  • Whole grain rice with legumes
  • white meat with salad

  • Pancakes and guacamole with rice cookies or corn crackers

  • Salad made from tomatoes, rocket, avocado, cucumber, dried fruit, corn, olives and boiled egg, with a piece of wholemeal toast

    For dinner, a vegetable cream (made from cabbage, leek, carrots, pumpkin, zucchini, onions, etc.) is prepared daily, which is then cooked with a teaspoon of turmeric and a tablespoon of oatmeal.

    We also recommend a baked apple with dried fruits for dessert.

    Occasionally

    If you feel hungry during the morning or afternoon, you can eat fruit or dried fruits (dates, plums, dried apricots, etc.).

    You have to drink lots of water

    It is important to drink plenty of water throughout the day, but not with meals. Adapt your water consumption to your rhythm of life, the season, etc.

    You shouldn’t be overdoing this, though. If you have kidney infection, you should discuss the amount of fluids you need with your doctor.

    We recommend a glass of lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach so that the body gets going.

    Warmth for the kidneys
