Getting up is not always easy, especially for those who don’t like morning. Not everyone can start the day well .

There are tons of things to do before you have to go out. Prepare breakfast, get the children ready, put everything in order and then leave the house well-styled. And all in just over half an hour!

The morning rush is not healthy. Experts say we end the day the way we start it. So what do you think of a few tips to get the day off to a good start ? They do not require a great deal of effort but bring great benefits.

1. Get up an hour earlier and start the day well

We know it is not easy to get up early, but it is worth it. You have more time, everything is easier and all of this leads to a better quality of life. So don’t hesitate and set your alarm at least 40 minutes earlier to have more time. This is a good way to start the day.

2. Start the day with a dream or a project in mind

The first thoughts in the morning are often fears and worries. While you are still in bed, however, you should think of nice things in order not to be disappointed and unmotivated at the beginning of the day. Note the following tips:

  • Before you go to bed, plan what you want to do the next day. So you can go to sleep relaxed and after a restful night you can happily go about your plans.
  • When you open your eyes, lie quietly in bed for another five minutes to think about your goals. Imagine going for a walk that day after work, hanging out with friends, going swimming, buying a book or a dress, going to the beach for a bit, or going to dinner with your partner. Make these dreams your goal, so you can look forward to them all day.

Get good shoes, take a deep breath and then free your head from worries and the hectic pace of everyday life. You have a great day ahead of you and your heart will get healthier from the walk.

Pay attention to the strength in your legs and feel the rhythm of your breath, enjoy nature and then try to relax.

Regardless of whether the sky is cloudy or not: Look forward to the new day. The short walk is good for your health and also keeps you fit. Then you can take a short bath or shower and finally spray your legs with cold water.

5. A real breakfast

You got up an hour early, took a walk, and then took a shower. What’s next? It’s time for a good, quiet breakfast. Enjoy every moment of the start of the day without any hassle. Breakfast should contain protein, fiber and vitamins.
